How do I check in to a class?

Open the Rulla app, tap the check-in tab, and either scan your academy's QR code or tap the class you're attending. Check-ins are recorded instantly and visible to your instructor.

I forgot my password — how do I get back in?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Send Magic Link" and enter your email. We'll send a one-tap sign-in link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, just tap the same button you used originally.

How do I join my academy?

Ask your academy for an invite link or QR code. New students choose "Student" during onboarding and either scan the QR code or search for the academy by name.

I want to bring my academy onto Rulla — how?

Academy setup is done on the web (it involves Stripe Connect, branding and instructor setup). Visit rullabjj.com to register your academy. Once you're set up, the mobile app becomes your day-to-day tool.

How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships are managed by your academy, not by Rulla directly. Contact your academy admin to pause, change or cancel your membership. If your academy has enabled self-serve cancellation, you can do it in the app under Settings → Membership.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

In the app, go to Help → Bug Reports or Help → Feature Requests. We read every submission. You can also email support@rullabjj.com directly.

How is my data protected?

Your data is stored with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest. Academy data is isolated — no cross-academy leakage. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. Full details in our privacy policy.

Which devices does Rulla support?

iOS 15.1 and above, Android 8 and above, and modern desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) for the web portal.
